Tender juicy steak cooked in a flavorful marinade

and paired with garlic yellow rice

My shaken beef recipe is so delicious and so easy to make! The flavor is out of this world, and it leaves the house smelling so good. The aroma from this dish is amazing. You can pair this dish with garlic noodles, rice, or veggies – depending on your dietary needs and wants. But overall, this dish is exquisite and unforgettable. The Steak cubes are marinated in soy sauce, oyster sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, black pepper, and garlic powder. I know some people like to add fish sauce, but I left it out. Your dish will come out amazing either way. For this recipe- Allow the meat to marinate that delicious flavor combination for about 15 to 20 minutes.

For this recipe try to use fresh vegetables. I like to use a variety color of bell peppers to give the dish a little color pop. Cut the bell peppers and onions in chunks. Don’t forget to mince up the garlic. You can use fresh or the jar minced garlic, but fresh is always better. When it comes to choosing your cut of steak- you can use ribeye, NY strip, or sirloin. Whichever meat cut is affordable for you, just cut the meat up in decent size chunks. Not too big and not too small. This dish is super easy to make and it’s a quick dinner or lunch to make as well. When it comes to cooking the veggies, you can sauté or char the veggies. Cook them until they’re tender to your liking.
