Clean & prep the veggies beforehand. Chop the bell peppers and onions into chunks. Mince the garlic. Prepare the steak by cutting it into decent size chunks.
To prepare the marinade, combine the steak, a drizzle of olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Mix the steak and marinade ingredients until well coated. Marinate the meat for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a skillet or wok on high heat, heat up the olive oil and add the meat once the oil is ready. Sauté the steak until nicely browned (about 5 minutes).
Once the steak is about done, remove from the skillet and set aside. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers to the same pan. (Note: add a small drizzle of olive oil if the pan needs it).
You can sauté or char the veggies until crisp and tender to your liking (About 3 to 4 minutes).
Once the veggies are cooked to your liking, Add the steak chunks back to the pan and any drippings.
Mix all the ingredients together and allow the steak to finish cooking. (Note: make sure steak is done and cooked to a proper temperature). Once the steak is done turn off the stove.
Pair the shaken beef with garlic noodles, white rice, or salad. Enjoy!
