Watermelon Lemon Refresher Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Small Watermelon
- 1 Ib Strawberries
- 1/2 Lemon
- Handful of Mint
- Small Piece of Ginger
Makes about 25oz
Instructions
- Clean & prep the fruit beforehand. Remove any seeds from the lemon.
- Once the fruit has been prepped, place in the juicer and allow it to juice.
- Note: Follow the manufacturer instructions for your specific juicer.
- ****Tip: You may use a blender for this recipe as well. Just remove the seeds from the lemon. Place all the ingredients in the blender with a small amount of liquid (water) and blend.
- Next, use a strainer to remove any excess pulp.
- Add ice to your serving cups & pour fresh juice into cups. Enjoy!
- Note: you can store the fresh juice into airtight mason jars for up to 3 days.
