Watermelon Lemon Refresher Recipe

Super refreshing & tasty. This delicious refresher drink is filled with fresh strawberries, watermelon, lemon, mint & ginger. The flavor is immaculate and invigorating- it’s the perfect juice drink to quench your thirst this summer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Small Watermelon
  • 1 Ib Strawberries
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Handful of Mint
  • Small Piece of Ginger
Makes about 25oz

Method
 

  1. Clean & prep the fruit beforehand. Remove any seeds from the lemon.
  2. Once the fruit has been prepped, place in the juicer and allow it to juice.
  3. Note: Follow the manufacturer instructions for your specific juicer.
  4. ****Tip: You may use a blender for this recipe as well. Just remove the seeds from the lemon. Place all the ingredients in the blender with a small amount of liquid (water) and blend.
  5. Next, use a strainer to remove any excess pulp.
  6. Add ice to your serving cups & pour fresh juice into cups. Enjoy!
  7. Note: you can store the fresh juice into airtight mason jars for up to 3 days.
