The Best Garlic Steak Bites Recipe

The best pan seared steak bites that you can whip up in under 20 minutes! If you love a tender and juicy cut of steak like I do, you won’t be disappointed. Serve these bad boys as a party appetizer or part of an easy meal.

This recipe is so versatile! You can add these steak bites to some eggs and skillet breakfast potatoes or serve over some creamy mashed potatoes with a side of veggies. Full of flavor, packed with fresh garlic, and tossed in a yummy buttery sauce. This delicious garlic steak bites are a definite crowd pleaser. It seriously doesn’t get any easier than this simple recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Sirloin or Ribeye Steaks
  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • ⅓ to ½ cup A1 Steak sauce
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbs Butter (Substitute: Olive Oil)
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Clean & prep the steak. Cut the steak into bite size pieces and place in a medium bowl.
  • Season the steak bites with the A1 sauce, steak seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • On medium high heat preheat a skillet, then add the butter to the skillet.
  • Tip: *You may substitute the butter with olive oil and add a few tsp of butter towards the end of cooking.
  • Once the butter has melted and the skillet is nice and hot, add the steak to the pan.
  • sauté the steak bites for at least 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Cook the steak bites in batches if you need to.
  • Note: *Steak bites cook fast, just stir consistently to brown on all sides.
  • When the steak is almost done, add the fresh minced garlic.
  • Sauté the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes or until it becomes fragrant.
  • Ensure the steak is fully cooked and has browned on all sides.
  • Serve as an appetizer or part of a meal. Enjoy!
