Summertime Juice Recipe
Relishing in a homemade fresh juice is an immensely pleasurable experience! Especially for anyone that loves or has tried fresh juice. Not only is it delicious, but it gives you the added satisfaction that you made it yourself.
Today, I will be sharing my summertime juice recipe. This delicious recipe is bold in flavor, tasty, and is a sure powerhouse. It is such a summer treat! Especially on a sunny afternoon when you want a cold refreshing drink. My summertime juice recipe is filled with fresh sweet strawberries, raspberries, peaches, and nectarines. This juice recipe is a summer favorite especially during the summer months.
Raw, fresh juice is one of the healthiest and most rejuvenating drinks that we can take in. Juicing provides our body with the nutrients to help boost our health. You will love the blend of sweet strawberries, raspberries, nectarines, and peaches combined in one. The kids and adults will love this healthy juice drink. So, make sure you make a nice big pitcher of juice to go around for everyone. I hope you enjoy this juice drink as much as I do!
Tips:
- Use juicer machine based on manufacturer instructions.
- I recommend removing the pit or seed of the peaches and nectarines.
- Always clean and prep your fruit beforehand.
- Cleaning the fruit: you may use a vinegar and water solution, then rinse the fruit off under cold water.
- Vinegar & water solution: 1 part vinegar & 3 to 4 cups of water
Summertime Juice Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups Strawberries
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 4 Nectarines (Remove the seed/pit)
- 4 Peaches (Remove the seed/pit)
Tips:
· I recommend removing the pit or seed of the peaches and nectarines.
· Cleaning the fruit: you may use a vinegar and water solution, then rinse the fruit off under running cold water.
· Vinegar & water solution: 1 part vinegar & 3 to 4 cups of water.
Instructions
- Clean & prep the fruit.
- Tip: You may use a vinegar and water solution to soak the fruit for a few minutes, then rinse the fruit off under cold water.
- I recommend removing the seed or pit of the peaches and nectarines. (But that’s based on personal preference and the type of juicer your using)
- Add your fruit into the juicer.
- Juice the fruit based on machine manufacturer instructions.
- Once all the fruit have been juiced, if you need to strain the juice- do so at this time.
- Prepare serving cups and add ice to the serving cups.
- Pour juice into serving cups & enjoy!
