Marinated steak that’s seasoned with a few spices, green seasoning

and more to make this stewed steak recipe the perfect dinner.

I love to pair it with rice or a salad.

You can chop up a little tomato and red onion-

tossed in Greek dressing as a side dish.

Spanish steak also called Bistec steak is one of my favorite recipes. The meat is so flavorful and tender, it’s absolute perfection. There are so many ways to make this dish, but in the end whichever recipe you choose- I promise you will not be disappointed with my recipe. It’s so yummy and fulfilling. Packed with savory, delectable flavor- it’s a hit with everyone in the family. This dish is so simple, and the recipe is so easy. Make this dish complete with rice and veggies or a side salad. It’s the perfect weeknight meal, and you can save a little time by marinating the meat the night before. Marinating longer enhances the flavor a little bit more. But 15 to 20 minutes is enough time to marinate as well.

This Spanish style steak, onion, and bell pepper recipe is so good! For this recipe, you can pick which cut of meat you like and what’s affordable to you. You can use flank steak, cubed steak, or thin round steak or sirloin. Season the steak for taste. I like to use adobo in place of salt and plus my green seasoning has salt in it. So I don’t need extra. You can buy store made green seasoning or make it homemade. Another option for green seasoning is Sofrito. If you don’t have either- that’s ok. It’s completely optional. Just halfway through cooking time when the meat is simmering, do a taste test of the gravy and do a tough up on spices if you need to. Allow the meat to simmer until tender and fully cooked.

This Spanish style steak recipe is so good and fulfilling.

It’s packed with delicious flavor.

I love to pair it with rice and veggies or a side salad. I hope you enjoy this Spanish style steak recipe also known as Bistec steak. I hope you enjoy my version and be sure to save this delicious steak recipe.
