Pineapple Green Juice Recipe

A healthy Green Juice recipe full of flavor! 

My pineapple green juice recipe is filled with an assortment of fresh green veggies & fruit, alongside a ripe sweet pineapple. This green juice is not too sweet or bitter, it has the right amount of luscious mellow flavor. This is one of my favorite green juices to make and it’s so mouthwatering, perfect when you need to quench your thirst! If you’re not big on green veggies, I promise this recipe does not disappoint. It tastes really good!

This healthy green juice recipe is perfect for adding nutrients from fresh fruits & veggies. It’s filled with fresh pineapple, celery, kale, kiwi, and ginger.

It’s a simple green juice drink that’s filled with green goodness. This drink is versatile and requires only 5 ingredients. You can make this drink at home with a juicer or blender. If you’re using a blender, just use a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or a fine mesh strainer to remove any excess pulp. All you need to do is blend the ingredients into the blender (you can add a little bit of water before blending everything together). Then pour it into a bowl or pitcher through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer to achieve a smooth juice consistency you desire. Serve over chilled glasses and enjoy!

The Ingredients For My Pineapple Green Juice Recipe: 

Pineapple:
Pineapple is a nutritious fruit packed with many great benefits but should be consumed in moderation due to its sugar content. Pineapples are a good source of antioxidants & digestive enzymes that can help with gut health. Plus, it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals that are good for boosting the immune system, skin health, and bone health.

 

Celery: 

Celery contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds that can aid in supporting digestion. It’s a vegetable that’s high in fiber, nutrients, and is low calorie. Celery is rich in Vitamin A, K, and C. Plus it’s on the low glycemic index scale. Celery is mostly water and can add many great benefits to your diet such as magnesium and iron.

 

Kale: 

Kale is rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants, and beta-carotene. This dark green leafy vegetable offers an abundance in potassium, fiber, calcium, and folate. Based on research- Kale is great for good eyesight, heart health, blood pressure, and can help with having strong bones. It’s great for digestion and is an excellent choice when getting your veggie intake. Kale is loaded with anti-cancer compounds and may help to lower cholesterol.

 

Kiwi:

Kiwi is a powerhouse fruit that has many nutritional benefits. This delicious green fruit is rich in many minerals & vitamins; and great for boosting energy. This vibrant green tart fruit is filled with vitamin C, E, K, and folate. It’s a good source of fiber, potassium, and antioxidants. Low in calories, but mighty in energy. Based on research- kiwi can help eye health, digestion, and respiratory health. This tasty green fruit is packed with many ingredients.

 

Ginger:

Ginger has many great benefits and contain antioxidants. For this green juice recipe, it adds the right amount of zesty flavor. It provides a plethora of nutrients, minerals, and vitamins. Ginger has been shown to cut down on fermentation, constipation, and bloating. Plus, it can help reduce nausea, reduce inflammation, & aid in lowering Cholesterol. Ginger has gingerol, a compound that can boost immunity.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pineapple
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 10 oz kale
  • 6 kiwis
  • Piece of Ginger

***Makes 25 to 35 ounces****

Instructions
 

  • Clean & prep the fruit. Peel & Core the pineapple.
  • Once the fruit has been prepped, place in the juicer and allow it to juice.
  • Note: Follow the manufacturer instructions for your specific juicer.
  • If necessary- use a strainer to remove any pulp.
  • Add ice to your serving cups & pour fresh juice into cups. Enjoy!
  • Note: you can store the fresh juice into airtight mason jars for 24 hours.
