Cantaloupe Orange Juice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 6 Oranges
Instructions
- First, clean and prep the fruit beforehand. Tip: I just sprayed the fruit with a little fruit/veggie cleaning spray & rinsed them off under running cold water.
- Next, remove the rind from the oranges & slice them in half.
- Remove any seeds from the oranges, then set the sliced oranges to the side in a bowl.
- Then, slice the cantaloupe melon in halve & scoop out the seeds.
- Note: The seeds are toxic so it’s important to scoop them out and throw the seeds away.
- Cut the rind portion of the cantaloupe off and slice the melon into smaller pieces.
- Next, juice all the fruit. If you need to use a strainer once done- do so to remove any pulp.
