First, clean and prep the fruit beforehand. Tip: I just sprayed the fruit with a little fruit/veggie cleaning spray & rinsed them off under running cold water.
Next, remove the rind from the oranges & slice them in half.
Remove any seeds from the oranges, then set the sliced oranges to the side in a bowl.
Then, slice the cantaloupe melon in halve & scoop out the seeds.
Note: The seeds are toxic so it’s important to scoop them out and throw the seeds away.
Cut the rind portion of the cantaloupe off and slice the melon into smaller pieces.
Next, juice all the fruit. If you need to use a strainer once done- do so to remove any pulp.
Note: you can store the fresh juice into airtight mason jars for 24 hours.
Add ice to your serving cups & pour fresh juice into cups. Enjoy!
