Delicious Garlic Butter Shrimp & Salmon Recipe
The best salmon and shrimp recipe of your dreams! An amazing Lemon garlic butter shrimp that has great flavor. Seasoned to perfection with the awesome combination of butter and garlic – gives the shrimp that tasty goodness. This is perfect when you want something simple and easy to cook.
And we can’t forget the delicious baked salmon. The salmon is juicy and well-seasoned with a few ingredients and baked to perfection. You can opt out of baking and pan sear the salmon instead. Pan searing the salmon in a drizzle of olive oil will give you that crispy exterior. Rather you pan sear or bake – you will still get that juicy tender salmon taste.
Delicious Garlic Butter Shrimp & Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 fillets of Salmon
- 1/2 Ib Shrimp
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Kinder’s Blackened with Cayenne seasoning
- 1 ½ tsp Dash Salt-Free Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- ¼ tsp LAWRY'S® CASERO TOTAL SEASONING
- ½ tsp Old Bay Garlic & Herb
- PAM Cooking Spray
- 2 Tbs Butter or Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Instructions
Salmon Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees.
- Prep and clean the salmon under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Drizzle a little bit of olive oil onto the salmon fillets.
- Season the salmon with the dry spices:
- Kinder’s blackened seasoning (1/2 tsp)Dash salt-free lemon pepper (1/2 tsp)LAWRY’S Casero total seasoning (1/4 tsp)Old Bay seasoning (1/8 tsp).
- Make sure to rub the seasonings onto the salmon and on all sides
- Next, place the salmon in a greased baking dish & squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon. (Use 1/2 a lemon)
- Add a few slices of lemon and butter on top of the salmon.
- Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes. (Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of salmon). Once the salmon is done remove from the oven.
Shrimp Recipe:
- Clean & devein the shrimp.
- Season the shrimp with the following dry spices:
- Kinder’s blackened seasoning (1/2 tsp)Dash salt-free lemon pepper (1 tsp)Old Bay seasoning (1/8 tsp).
- On medium high heat, melt about 2 to 3 Tbs of butter in a skillet. (Alternative: olive oil)
- Add the fresh garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add your seasoned shrimp to the skillet.
- Cook the shrimp on one side for 2 minutes, then flip over and cook another 2 minutes.
- Tip: The shrimp is completely cooked through when it’s opaque
- Once the shrimp is done, Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp.
- Serve your shrimp and salmon on a nice bed of rice and a house salad. Enjoy!
