I love a good salad, and one that’s full of flavor and delicious. My Caesar salad recipe is super quick and easy to make. For this recipe, you can make a homemade Caesar dressing or use the store-bought dressing. One of my favorite store-brought Caesar dressing is Brianna’s Home style Asiago Caesar dressing. It’s so delicious, savory, and creamy. It’s a really good dressing to keep in the pantry. Also, you can make homemade croutons too. But I used the Garlic and Herb flavored croutons- the flavor is amazing and I always keep some in the pantry as well.
Feel free to use boneless chicken breast or thighs, just don’t forget to squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken once it’s done. The cooking time will vary, so make sure that the chicken is properly cooked. You can season the chicken to your liking; or keep it minimal with salt, pepper, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Don’t forget to top your salad off with Parmesan cheese- that’s one of the main ingredients for a good Caesar salad. This recipe is simple, healthy, and easy to make. You can make this dish in under 25 minutes and have a fulfilling meal on the dinner table in no time.

Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients
Method
- Clean, Trim, and chop up the romaine lettuce beforehand. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
- Season the chicken: I drizzled a little olive oil then added the dry seasonings.
- Mix the seasonings into the chicken. Allow it to marinate, while you heat up the oil.
- In a skillet or pan, heat up the oil over medium-high heat. Once it gets hot add the seasoned chicken.
- Sear the chicken on both sides for about 5 to 8 minutes each side, or until it fully cooked. Use a thermometer if you’re unsure about doneness.
- Once the chicken is done squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and allow it to rest before chopping into pieces.
- Prepare salad: To the serving plates add the romaine lettuce, croutons, chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Enjoy!
