Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Ib Chicken Boneless Chicken breast or thighs
  • 1 Tbsp Olive or Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Chicken seasoning
  • Morton Nature’s Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chili powder or Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 2 Heads Romaine Lettuce chopped (Or use 12oz Romaine salad bag)
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Croutons
  • 1 Lemon

Method

  1. Clean, Trim, and chop up the romaine lettuce beforehand. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
  2. Season the chicken: I drizzled a little olive oil then added the dry seasonings.
  3. Mix the seasonings into the chicken. Allow it to marinate, while you heat up the oil.
  4. In a skillet or pan, heat up the oil over medium-high heat. Once it gets hot add the seasoned chicken.
  5. Sear the chicken on both sides for about 5 to 8 minutes each side, or until it fully cooked. Use a thermometer if you’re unsure about doneness.
  6. Once the chicken is done squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and allow it to rest before chopping into pieces.
  7. Prepare salad: To the serving plates add the romaine lettuce, croutons, chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Enjoy!
