Clean, Trim, and chop up the romaine lettuce beforehand. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
Season the chicken: I drizzled a little olive oil then added the dry seasonings.
Mix the seasonings into the chicken. Allow it to marinate, while you heat up the oil.
In a skillet or pan, heat up the oil over medium-high heat. Once it gets hot add the seasoned chicken.
Sear the chicken on both sides for about 5 to 8 minutes each side, or until it fully cooked. Use a thermometer if you’re unsure about doneness.
Once the chicken is done squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and allow it to rest before chopping into pieces.
Prepare salad: To the serving plates add the romaine lettuce, croutons, chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Enjoy!
