Cuisine American
- 1 Cup Frozen watermelon
- ½ Cup Frozen strawberries
- 1 Cup Frozen cherries (pitted, seeds removed)
- 1 Tablespoon Plain Greek yogurt
- ½ to 1 cup Milk or Non-Dairy Milk (Substitute: Orange juice or Coconut Water)
- Optional: Protein Powder (Vanilla or Plain)
- Optional: Honey (Or Sweetener of your choice)
Note: It's important to remove the pits or seeds of the cherries. The seeds are full of prussic acid known as cyanide which is poisonous. So please don't forget to remove the cherry seeds.
First, add the milk or non-dairy milk into the blender. (If you don’t want to use milk/non-dairy milk- a good substitute would be orange juice, water, or coconut water)
Add the frozen fruit and Greek yogurt.
Place the lid on top and blend everything together.
Note: You may need to add more milk or less depending on the consistency you like for your smoothies.
Once the smoothie is at the consistency you like, pour into glasses. Enjoy!
