Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe

To make this recipe you will only need a few ingredients: pineapple, mango, oranges, and kiwi. For the liquid- I use pineapple or orange juice. For a smoothie on the creamy side, you can throw in a tsp or two of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt.

- 1 to 1½ cup pineapple juice or orange juice
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Oranges
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Kiwi
- Optional garnishes: pineapple or orange wedge
- Optional: Plain or Vanilla Greek yogurt For a creamier smoothie
In a blender add the frozen fruit and the juice. Optional: For a creamy smoothie you can add plain or vanilla Greek yogurt. About 1 to 2 tsp.
Add the lid to the blender and blend until you get the consistency that you like.
Pour into serving cups and garnish with pineapple or orange wedges. Enjoy!
