In a medium bowl or container add the flour and cornstarch. Season the flour mixture with the spices, mix the ingredients together, and set the flour to the side.
Clean & prep your chicken beforehand. Pat dry the chicken with a paper towel.
Place the chicken into a large bowl and add a decent coating of the French’s yellow mustard.
Season the chicken generously with the spices. Rub the seasonings into the chicken tenders.
Optional: Allow the tenders to marinate for at least 10 to 30 minutes.
Coat the tenderloins in the seasoned flour & shake off the excess flour.
In a frying pan, add the oil and allow it to get hot.
Once the oil is ready, add a few chicken tenderloins to the oil.
Fry the chicken tenders in batches. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Allow the tenders to cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Once the chicken has cooked completely through, remove the tenders from the pan and drain on paper towel.
Continue to cook the chicken in batches until all tenders have been fried.
Serve tenders with French fries and your favorite dipping sauce.
