Rosemary Honey Balsamic Chicken Recipe

Delicious Baked Chicken, Glazed in a Flavorful Honey Balsamic Sauce. The Sweet & Savory taste makes this dish oh so irresistible! A dinner recipe that requires very little effort, and just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsps Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Ib Chicken (thighs, wings, or legs)
  • All-purpose Seasoning to taste

Method
 

  1. Clean & prep the chicken beforehand. Season the chicken with an all-purpose seasoning (or you can use salt and pepper instead).
  2. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl add the balsamic glaze, honey, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, & Italian seasoning. Whisk everything together.
  3. Prepare to marinate the chicken: Place the chicken in a baking dish/pan and coat or toss with the sauce.
  4. Marinate the chicken for at least 2 to 4 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the chicken until it’s perfectly cooked and reaches 165°F. The juices should run clear (Use a thermometer to check for doneness if you are unsure).
  6. Note: the cooking time will vary & if the chicken is browning too quickly – just cover pan with aluminum foil.
  7. Tip: Halfway through the cooking time you can baste the chicken with its juices/sauce.
  8. Optional: Place the chicken under the broiler for 2 to 4 minutes for a little crisp.
  9. Serve with a side of veggies & rice. Enjoy!
