Clean & prep the chicken beforehand. Season the chicken with an all-purpose seasoning (or you can use salt and pepper instead).
Prepare the marinade: In a bowl add the balsamic glaze, honey, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, & Italian seasoning. Whisk everything together.
Prepare to marinate the chicken: Place the chicken in a baking dish/pan and coat or toss with the sauce.
Marinate the chicken for at least 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the chicken until it’s perfectly cooked and reaches 165°F. The juices should run clear (Use a thermometer to check for doneness if you are unsure).
Note: the cooking time will vary & if the chicken is browning too quickly – just cover pan with aluminum foil.
Tip: Halfway through the cooking time you can baste the chicken with its juices/sauce.
Optional: Place the chicken under the broiler for 2 to 4 minutes for a little crisp.
