Prep the steak beforehand. Cut into chunks and season with the dry seasonings, then set aside. (Note: you can cook the steak whole & cut it into chunks once done. But let it rest a few minutes before cutting to avoid the juices running out)
Heat up some olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites and cook for about 2 to 4 minutes.
Throughout the cooking time- Stir the steaks bites or turn them over to get a nice sear.
Once the steak starts to brown- add the butter, rosemary, thyme, and fresh garlic. Sauté the garlic for a few seconds until fragrant and tilt the pan to swirl the butter around. Continue to cook the steak to your desired preference for doneness.
Finish the steak bites off by basting with butter.
