- Toasted Sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- ⅕ cup yellow or white onion (Finely diced)
- ⅙ to ¼ cup carrot (Finely diced)
- ⅙ to ¼ cup green onion (Finely sliced)
- 1 to 2 Cloves minced garlic
- Kikkoman soy sauce (Start out with adding a little bit of soy sauce & gradually add more until your fried rice is to your desired preference)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp garlic butter
- Pinch of Sugar
- Pinch of Fried rice seasoning mix or White Pepper (For taste)
- Optional: Sesame seed (For garnishment)
Garlic Butter Ingredients & Recipe
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ to 1 tsp fresh garlic (minced) or garlic paste
- ½ to 1 tsp Kikkoman soy sauce
First,allow the butter to soften and come to room temperature. Then, purée the fresh minced garlic using garlic press or with a knife. (Alternative: you can use garlic paste instead)
Once the butter has softened, add the butter and garlic to a small bowl Slowly add the soy sauce to the garlic butter mixture until it’s totally incorporated, and no liquid remains at the bottom of the bowl.
Note: You can store the butter in a covered container in the refrigerator for a few days to 1 week
