Oven Roasted Garlic Potatoes Recipe
These roasted potatoes are well seasoned in olive oil, onion powder and pepper. To kick it up a notch, I added fresh garlic and a little bit of Montreal steak seasoning. Feel free to add whatever spices or herbs you have in your food pantry to add your own touch. This is a simple potatoes recipe to cook up and doesn't require much effort.
