Mango Dragon Fruit Smoothie Recipe

A healthy creamy smoothie recipe that includes dragon fruit, strawberries, mango, pineapple juice, & Greek yogurt. This smoothie is so fulfilling and tasty! My mango dragon fruit smoothie has such a great taste! It is the perfect breakfast on the go or a nice smoothie idea when you need a good energy boost.

Ingredients
  

Makes 2 Smoothies:
  • 1 cup Frozen dragon fruit chunks
  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple juice Substitute: Dairy or Nondairy alternative
  • 2 Tbsps Greek yogurt
  • Optional: Protein powder

Method
 

  1. First, start out with making the mango portion: add the pineapple juice, mango, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients together until you get the consistency you like. Pour the smoothie in a cup and set aside.
  3. Next, prepare the dragon fruit portion: add the pineapple juice, frozen dragon fruit, strawberries, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  4. Add the cover to the blender and blend the ingredients until it reaches the consistency that you like.
  5. Prepare your cups: Add your favorite yogurt to line the cup. Layer the smoothie with both mixtures until serving cups are full.
  6. Serve immediately & enjoy.
