A healthy creamy smoothie recipe that includes dragon fruit, strawberries, mango, pineapple juice, & Greek yogurt. This smoothie is so fulfilling and tasty! My mango dragon fruit smoothie has such a great taste! It is the perfect breakfast on the go or a nice smoothie idea when you need a good energy boost.

Ingredients
  

Makes 2 Smoothies:

  • 1 cup Frozen dragon fruit chunks
  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple juice Substitute: Dairy or Nondairy alternative
  • 2 Tbsps Greek yogurt
  • Optional: Protein powder

Instructions
 

  • First, start out with making the mango portion: add the pineapple juice, mango, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients together until you get the consistency you like. Pour the smoothie in a cup and set aside.
  • Next, prepare the dragon fruit portion: add the pineapple juice, frozen dragon fruit, strawberries, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Add the cover to the blender and blend the ingredients until it reaches the consistency that you like.
  • Prepare your cups: Add your favorite yogurt to line the cup. Layer the smoothie with both mixtures until serving cups are full.
  • Serve immediately & enjoy.
