Clean & prep the wings, cut into wingettes & drumettes. Pat dry with paper towel. Place prepped wings in a large bowl.
In a separate bowel crack the eggs & add the hot sauce. Whisk until blended, then set aside.
Season the wings with the Chicken Seasoning, Garlic powder, Onion powder, & Black pepper. Then, add the egg/hot sauce mixture to the wings, & mix everything together.
Coat the wings in the flour and allow them to rest for 10 to 15 minutes on a wire rack.
In a frying pan or deep fryer, add the oil & allow it to get hot enough for frying (About 325 to 375 degrees).
Add the chicken wings to the oil & fry in batches. Don’t overcrowd the pan. It should take about 10 to 15 minutes to fry, or until golden brown. (Note: use a thermometer to check for doneness if you’re unsure).
Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove from oil and drain on a cooling rack with paper towels underneath to catch excess oil.
In the meantime, make the lemon pepper sauce. In a pot melt the butter & squeeze fresh lemon juice. Add the lemon pepper seasoning & a pinch of garlic & herb seasoning, Mix well.
Toss the wings into the sauce until coated.
Serve immediately, Enjoy.
