- 3 Salmon fillets
- ½ Lemon
- 2 to 3 tbsp Butter (Alternative: olive oil)
- ⅓ tsp Nature’s Seasoning Blend
- 1 to 2 tsp Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder Seasoning
Clean & rinse the salmon fillets under cold water. Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towel.
Season the salmon fillets with the spices listed above.
Make sure to rub the spices into the salmon fillets, and don’t forget to season the sides of the salmon fillets as well.
Next, melt about 2 to 3 Tbs of butter over medium-high heat in a skillet.
Once the skillet becomes hot, place the salmon fillets flesh side down.
Sear the salmon for 3 to 4 minutes on one side.
Flip the salmon fillets over and sear the other side for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Next, take 1/2 of a lemon and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.
Serve salmon fillets over a nice salad, rice, or your favorite veggies. Enjoy!
