Lemon Pepper Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Salmon fillets
  • ½ Lemon
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Butter (Alternative: olive oil)
  • tsp Nature’s Seasoning Blend
  • 1 to 2 tsp Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Clean & rinse the salmon fillets under cold water. Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towel.
  • Season the salmon fillets with the spices listed above.
  • Make sure to rub the spices into the salmon fillets, and don’t forget to season the sides of the salmon fillets as well.
  • Next, melt about 2 to 3 Tbs of butter over medium-high heat in a skillet.
  • Once the skillet becomes hot, place the salmon fillets flesh side down.
  • Sear the salmon for 3 to 4 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the salmon fillets over and sear the other side for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Next, take 1/2 of a lemon and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.
  • Serve salmon fillets over a nice salad, rice, or your favorite veggies. Enjoy!
