Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 25 minutes.
Prep the steak: cut into chunks and place it in a bowl.
Add the olive oil. Drizzle enough soy sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce to coat the meat.
Add the seasonings: pepper, oregano, thyme, cumin, & squeeze fresh lime juice.
Mix everything together & allow the meat to marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven @ 400°F
Prep the veggies & cut into large chunks, set aside for later.
After the meat is marinated, start building the kabobs on the skewer sticks, then place on a greased wire rack. There should be left over marinade, use that for basting.
Bake 10 minutes @ 400°F. Take the kabobs out of the oven & baste with the marinade liquid. Then, bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
The meat & veggies should be tender when done. Enjoy!
