Hot Roast Beef Sandwich Recipe

My yummy roast beef sandwich recipe is full of flavor and very tasty.  It’s the perfect recipe for when you want a sandwich that's quick and easy to make to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Small onion (sliced)
  • 1 Green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 6 Slices Cheese (American, Cheddar, or Provolone)
  • 3 Hoagie Rolls
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Seasoned black pepper
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Roasted garlic powder
  • Optional: Salt (for taste)

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat a skillet on medium-high heat and add olive oil to the skillet
  • Next, add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet.
  • Sauté the bell peppers and onions for 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Then, add the sliced roast beef to the skillet.
  • Season the roast beef and veggies with the oregano, seasoned black pepper, roasted garlic powder, and salt.
  • Stir and brown the roast beef for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Once the roast beef has browned, add your cheese of choice on top and allow it to melt.
  • Optional: You may toast your bread in the oven or toaster for a few minutes, you can also add a little butter to the hoagie rolls.
  • Next, add your favorite condiments to your toasted bread (Ex: mayo).
  • Fill each hoagie roll with the roast beef sandwich mixture.
  • Serve roast beef sandwich with fries or potato chips. Enjoy!
