Healthy Green Juice Recipe

Not only is this green juice recipe delicious and fulfilling, but it’s loaded with such awesome flavor from a variety of green fruits and veggies! This Green juice recipe has the perfect balance of sweet and salt. This is the perfect green juice recipe if you’re looking for a healthy cleanse or even for a detox

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • 2 Cucumbers

Method
 

  1. Clean & prep the fruit/veggies.
  2. Tip: You may use a Fruit & Veggies cleaning spray or use one part vinegar and one part water solution to clean the fruit. Rinse the fruit off under cold water afterwards.
  3. I recommend removing the rind portion of the pineapple.
  4. Add your fruit into the juicer.
  5. Juice the fruit based on machine manufacturer instructions. Repeat this process until all the fruit & veggies have been juiced.
  6. Once all the fruit has been juiced, if you need to strain the juice- do so at this time.
  7. Prepare the serving cups, optional: add ice to the serving cups.
  8. Pour juice into serving cups & enjoy!
