Hawaiian Colada Cocktail Recipe

My Hawaiian colada drink is my twist on the classic blue Hawaiian cocktail. It’s made with just 5 ingredients: Rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice. This drink can be served chilled or as a frozen slushy colada cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ oz Bacardi Rum
  • ½ oz Blue Curacao
  • ¾ oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Cream of Coconut
  • Ice
  • Pineapple wedge for garnish

Method
 

  1. Chill the glass or plastic serving cups beforehand.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Cover with a lid, shake until glass is frosted/cold and strain or pour over into serving cups.
  3. Garnish with pineapple wedges, Enjoy!
