This Succulent Garlic Butter Shrimp recipe is the perfect appetizer! If you want to take this delicious shrimp recipe up a notch you can turn it into a full meal! Serve over a bed of rice, pasta, French bread, or garlic toast.

- 1 Ib Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 3 Tbs Butter
- Old bay garlic and herb (for taste)
- Lemon pepper seasoning (for taste)
- 5 to 6 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- Pinch of Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 Fresh lemon juice
Clean & prep the shrimp (peel/devein).
Season the shrimp with the old bay garlic & herb and lemon pepper seasoning.
On medium high heat, add some olive oil & butter to a skillet.
Once the butter has melted, add the shrimp to the skillet.
Allow the shrimp to cook on one side for 2 minutes.
Then flip the shrimp over and cook 1 to 2 more minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Add the fresh garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a pinch of garlic powder.
Stir everything together and allow the garlic to become fragrant. (Cook for a few seconds to avoid burning the garlic)
Once the garlic butter shrimp is done, garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve the garlic butter shrimp with French bread or over a bed of rice or pasta. Enjoy.
