- 6 to 8 oz Pineapple Juice
- 3 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 ½ to 2 oz Rum
- 1 to 1 ½ cup Ice
- Optional: ¼ Cup Frozen pineapple chunks
Note: You can use Light or Dark Rum, I recommend Silver Rum. Bacardi silver rum is a good choice.
