Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 to 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning (Alternative: Garlic Powder)
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Canola oil or Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Clean & prep the pork chops, pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Prepare the seasoning mixture, add the dry spices together in a small bowl and mix together.
  • Use half of the seasoning mixture to season the pork chops.
  • Coat both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mixture and rub the seasonings onto the pork chops
  • Next, prepare the flour. Add the rest of the seasoning mixture to the flour and whisk the spices into the flour.
  • In a medium bowl, add the eggs and whisk them together.
  • Dip the pork chops into the eggs and shake off the excess.
  • Then, add the pork chops to the flour. Coat both sides of the pork chops with the flour.
  • Shake off the excess flour and set the pork chops to the side.
  • On medium high heat, add the oil to the skillet and allow it to get hot.
  • Once the oil is hot and ready for frying, add the pork chops to the oil in batches. (Don’t overcrowd the skillet)
  • Fry the pork chops on one side until it’s a nice golden brown (usually 5 to 7 minutes), then flip the pork chops over.
  • Continue to cook the other side until it’s golden brown as well or until the pork chops are safe to consume. (When the thermometer reaches 145 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, the pork chops are done.
  • Once the pork chops are done, remove from the skillet. (Shake off any excess or dripping oil from the pork chops)
  • Place the pork chops on paper towel to drain the excess oil
  • Let the pork chops rest for 3 to 5 minutes before cutting into the meat.
  • Serve with your side dish of choice. Enjoy!
