Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Clean & prep the salmon fillets (optional: remove the skin)
Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towel.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
Season with the spices (you can season the fish to your liking)
Rub the ingredients onto the salmon.
Flip the salmon over & season the other side as well.
Place the fillets in a baking dish.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon over the fillets and add fresh lemon slices on top.
Optional: cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.
Place the baking dish in the oven.
Allow the fish to cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Once the fish is done, remove from the oven and set aside.
Prepare your salad bowl with the salad blend of your choice.
Add the sliced cucumber and tomato
Add the salmon on top and pair with your favorite salad dressing. Enjoy!
