Dice up the white onion, garlic, green onion, and set aside.
In a bowl crack the eggs and whisk until blended, then set aside.
Next, Heat up the oil in a skillet or wok over medium high heat.
Add the onion and garlic sauté until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Add the whisked eggs, cook until they take shape but are still moist. Add the cooked rice and mix the egg into the rice.
Add the soy sauce & oyster sauce, mix until everything is well combined.
Toss in the green onions & garlic butter, mix until the butter is melted.
Serve immediately, enjoy!
