On high heat, bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Optional: Add 2 tsps. of the Better than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base to the water, stir & let it dissolve.
Clean the potatoes beforehand, then cut the potatoes in smaller pieces.
Next, place the chopped potatoes into the pot of water.
Allow the potatoes to cook until they are tender. (Use a fork to pierce the potatoes & check for softness)
Once the potatoes are tender, drain the potatoes in a colander.
On medium heat, add 4 to 5 tbsp of butter into a large pan. Allow the butter to melt.
Once the butter has melted - add in the potatoes.
Turn the stove off and use a masher to mash the potatoes into the melted butter.
Then, pour in the half & half and milk.
Add the dry seasonings to the mash potatoes
Sprinkle in the mozzarella cheese and mix everything together.
Garnish the mash potatoes with parsley flakes (optional).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
