Ingredients
  

  • 10 Medium Carrots
  • 8 Peaches
  • 4 Oranges
  • Ginger

Instructions
 

  • Clean & prep the fruit beforehand. Remove any seeds & discard. Soak the carrots & scrub or clean with a vegetable wash. Peeling the carrots is optional.
  • Once the fruit has been prepped, place in the juicer and allow it to juice.
  • Note: Follow the manufacturer instructions for your specific juicer.
  • ****Tip: You may use a blender for this recipe as well. Just remove the seeds from the lemon. Place all the ingredients in the blender with a small amount of liquid (water) and blend.
  • Next, use a strainer to remove any excess pulp.
  • Add ice to your serving cups & pour fresh juice into cups. Enjoy!
  • Note: you can store the fresh juice into airtight mason jars for up to 3 days.
