Clean, prep, and pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl.
Add the dry seasoning ingredients and squeeze enough of the French’s yellow mustard to coat the chicken nicely.
Rub & mix the ingredients onto the chicken, then set to the side.
Optional: prepare the flour by adding a few sprinkles of the dry spices to season the flour.
Next, take each wing and coat each piece of chicken into the flour. Shake off the excess.
In a frying pan or large pot, add the oil and turn the stove to medium high heat.
Once the oil is hot and ready for frying, cook the chicken in batches at a time.
Don’t overcrowd the frying pan or pot.
Allow the chicken to cook for 12 to 14 minutes at a time.
*Note: During the cooking time, turn the chicken at least once to ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
*Note: Chicken is safe to consume at 350 degrees. Use a thermometer to ensure doneness.
Once the chicken is done, remove the chicken from the oil and shake off the excess oil.
Allow the chicken to drain on paper towel.
Repeat the frying process until all the chicken is fried & cooked properly. Enjoy!
