Delicious Chicken Garden Salad Recipe

The Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse seasoning & McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb brings out the amazing flavor of this chicken breast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breast (Or boneless chicken thighs)
  • 1 Tbs Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning
  • 1 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 1 small Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 small Cucumber (chopped)
  • Salad (I used a mixture of romaine lettuce & American salad blend)
  • Salad Dressing of your choice (Recommend: Balsamic Vinegar)

Instructions
 

  • Clean & prep your veggies beforehand. Chop up the tomato, cucumber, and onion.
  • Prepare the salad and add the chopped veggies to your salad blend of choice.
  • Toss all the ingredients together.
  • Place in the fridge and set aside for later.
  • Clean & prep your chicken breast, then pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Drizzle some of the olive oil over the chicken.
  • Season the chicken with the dry ingredients
  • Rub the seasonings onto the chicken & allow it to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • On medium-high heat, add the rest of the olive oil to a skillet.
  • Once the skillet is hot add the chicken breast.
  • Allow the chicken breast to cook on one side for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Then, flip the chicken breast over and continue to cook an additional 5 to 7 more minutes.
  • Note: cooking time will vary, and it’s based on the thickness of the meat.
  • Note: *****cook until temperature reach 165°F.
  • Once the chicken has been fully cooked, remove from the pan.
  • You may slice the chicken into bite size pieces.
  • Add the chicken breast to the salad blend and serve with your favorite dressing. (Optional: I used balsamic vinegar).
