Crispy Chipotle Dry Wings Recipe:

Allow your wings to marinate for a few minutes to amplify the flavors from the spices and seasonings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ibs Wings (Cut in 1/2 at the joint)
  • Worcestershire sauce (A few squirts)
  • 1 Tbs Dash Chipotle Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp Chef Paul’s Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick All-Purpose Complete seasoning
  • 2 to 3 Tbs Melted butter (Alternative: Olive oil)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Clean, prep, and pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
  • Place the chicken wings in a large bowl.
  • Coat the chicken with the melted butter. *(Alternative: Drizzle olive oil over the chicken instead of butter)
  • Add the dry seasoning ingredients, Worcestershire sauce, and mix everything together.
  • Add the chicken to a baking dish. (You may spray the dish with cooking spray)

  • Place the wings in the oven at 375 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour take the chicken out of the oven and baste with the juices.

  • Place the chicken back into the oven for 15 minutes or until the wings are fully cooked through.
  • * If you want the wings to have a crispy crust like in the picture:
  • *In the last few minutes of cooking time, place the wings under the boiler.
  • *Keep an eye on the wings, so that they don’t burn when placed under the boiler.
  • Once your wings are done, remove from the oven.
  • Serve the wings with potato wedges and your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
