Recipe based on 4 Servings:
- 1 Cup Grits
- 3 to 4 Cups Swanson Chicken Broth
- Black Pepper (For taste)
- Splash of Half & Half (Or 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 Tbs Unsalted butter
Tips: For thicker grits decrease the broth by 1 cup; for thinner grits increase broth. Cheese: add as much cheese that you like. It’s based on your preference and taste buds.
