Method
- First, add the liquid to the blender. You can use pineapple juice or orange juice. (Alternatives: coconut water or milk of your choice)
- Next, add the frozen fruit and Greek yogurt. Note: the more Greek yogurt you add, the less sweet the smoothie will be. So, adjust to your preference/liking.
- Add the cover to the blender and blend the smoothie until it reaches the consistency that you like.
- Next, once everything is blended- add to the serving cups.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy.
