Creamy Peach Mango Smoothie

This fruity, nutritious smoothie is so flavorful and creamy. Vibrant, bright, and so refreshing. You can’t go wrong with sweet mango, peaches, and a handful of raspberries. If you’re a fruit lover and you love fruit smoothies- please give this recipe a try.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Pineapple juice or orange juice
Makes about 2 to 3 Servings

Method
 

  1. First, add the liquid to the blender. You can use pineapple juice or orange juice. (Alternatives: coconut water or milk of your choice)
  2. Next, add the frozen fruit and Greek yogurt. Note: the more Greek yogurt you add, the less sweet the smoothie will be. So, adjust to your preference/liking.
  3. Add the cover to the blender and blend the smoothie until it reaches the consistency that you like.
  4. Next, once everything is blended- add to the serving cups.
  5. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
