Cookie Butter Latte

This latte is the perfect caffeine boost to get the day started! My cookie butter latte recipe is pure perfection, it’s decadent and packed with amazing flavor. If you love the Biscoff cookie butter spread, give this latte a try. It’s so smooth and balanced.

Ingredients
  

Makes1 Serving Iced Latte (160z)
  • 1 or 2 Espresso Shots
  • ½ tsp Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter Spread
  • 1 to 2 tsp Sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 to 2 pumps Cookie butter syrup
  • 10 to 12 oz Milk
  • Optional: Whip cream or Cold Foam
  • Optional: Biscoff cookie crumbles
  • Ice
Note: The amount of sugar and syrup you add is personal preference and based on your desired sweetness level.

Method
 

  1. Optional: Line your cup with the creamy cookie butter spread.
  2. Add the sugar, cookie butter syrup, and a little bit of the cookie butter spread to the cup.
  3. Brew or pull the espresso shots, then add to your serving cup.
  4. Mix everything together until the cookie butter spreads is melted.
  5. Add your milk of choice and mix everything together.
  6. Add as much ice as you want.
  7. Top the latte off with whip cream or cold brew, and/or Biscoff cookie crumbles. Enjoy!
