Prep the brioche bread, cut into thin or thick slices and set aside.
In a medium bowl add your milk, whisked eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, sugar, salt and stir all the ingredients until well blended.
Melt a few pieces of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, turning to coat evenly on both sides and then place into the skillet.
Fry the bread slices until cooked through and browned. Flip halfway through cooking time to cook both sides. It may take up to 2 to 4 minutes, but you should get a nice golden-brown color on each side.
Once the French toast is completely cooked, remove from the skillet and repeat the process until all the bread is cooked.
Serve with syrup and Enjoy.
Optional Toppings: Add your favorite fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, or bananas, powdered sugar, or/and whip cream.
