Clean & prep your chicken wings beforehand. (Be sure to pat dry the wings with a paper towel)
Season the chicken with the dry spices, then add the Wet jerk seasoning.
Rub all the spices onto the wings and allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes. (You may also marinate the wings overnight)
Next, preheat the oven to 400 Degrees.
Coat a baking pan with the cooking spray, then place the chicken wings in the greased baking pan.
Cook the wings in the oven for 40 minutes. (Flip chicken over halfway through cooking time.)
After the 40 minutes, remove the chicken wings from the oven.
In a medium bowl add enough BBQ sauce to coat the chicken wings, add a pinch of the chipotle seasoning & and a pinch of the jerk marinade to the BBQ sauce.
Mix all the ingredients together to make your sauce.
Next, brush or coat each chicken wing with the sauce than place back into the baking pan.
Put the wings back into the oven for at least 10 to 15 more minutes.
Tip: For crispy skin you may place under the broiler for 5 minutes. (Keep an eye on the wings so that they don't burn)
Once your wings are done, remove them from the oven and serve with celery or carrots. Enjoy!
