Clean & prep the fruit. You can use a fruit/veggie wash to clean the fruit, then rinse off under cold water.
Remove the skin from the lemon, remove the rind part of the pineapple, and pit the cherries.
Note: For the cherries it’s important to use a cherry pitter to remove the seeds. Why? Because the seeds contain toxin.
Slice the fruit into pieces big enough for your juicer.
Juice all the fruit. If you need to use a strainer once done- do so to remove any pulp.
Add ice to your serving cups & pour fresh juice into cups.
Note: You can store the fresh juice into air tight mason jars for up to 24 to 48 hours.
But it can keep in the refrigerator for 3 days at the absolute most. Enjoy!
