First, preheat a skillet on medium-high heat and add olive oil to the skillet
Next, add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet.
Sauté the bell peppers and onions for 2 to 4 minutes.
Then, add the sliced roast beef to the skillet.
Season the roast beef and veggies with the oregano, seasoned black pepper, roasted garlic powder, and salt.
Stir and brown the roast beef for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Once the roast beef has browned, add your cheese of choice on top and allow it to melt.
Optional: You may toast your bread in the oven or toaster for a few minutes, you can also add a little butter to the hoagie rolls.
Next, add your favorite condiments to your toasted bread (Ex: mayo).
Fill each hoagie roll with the roast beef sandwich mixture.
Serve roast beef sandwich with fries or potato chips. Enjoy!
