Carrot Apple Juice Recipe

You will love this refreshing drink of freshly juiced apples and carrots. Raw, fresh juice is one of the most rejuvenating drinks that we can take in.

Ingredients
  

For 2 to 3 servings 
  • 6 Apples (Gala)
  • 5 Carrots

Method
 

  1. Clean & prep the fruit.
  2. You may use a Fruit & Veggies cleaning spray or use vinegar and water solution to clean the fruit.
  3. Rinse the fruit off with cold water afterwards.
  4. Add your fruit into the juicer.
  5. Juice the fruit based on machine manufacturer instructions.
  6. Once all the fruit have been juiced, if you need to strain the juice- do so at this time.
  7. Prepare the serving cups and add ice to the serving cups.
  8. Pour juice into serving cups & enjoy!
