Preheat oven to 400˚F
Clean & prep the wings. Split the wings and drummettes & remove the wingtips.
Remove the excess moisture from the chicken wings with a paper towel.
In a large bowl, season the chicken with the dry spices.
Next, Thoroughly Coat the chicken with baking powder (aluminum free) & cornstarch.
Note: Use a baking pan that has a wire rack. Tip: place baking rack on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or foil to catch drippings.

Place the chicken on the baking pan with a wire rack.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping every 25 minutes.
In a skillet or pan, over medium heat melt the butter.
Add the hot sauce and honey and stir on medium heat.
Optional: you may add a pinch of salt-free garlic & herb seasoning to the sauce.
Do a taste test & make any adjustments if needed.
Then toss the chicken wings into the sauce until fully coated.
