Method
- Clean & prep your veggies beforehand.
- Diced up all the veggies (except the avocado) & set aside.
- Next, cut the avocado lengthwise & remove the pit.
- With a spoon, scoop out the avocado and place in a medium bowl.
- Squeeze the fresh lime juice onto the avocado.
- Add the chopped veggies, salt, cumin, paprika & mash the avocados until smooth.
- Do a taste test for your guacamole and make adjustments on seasonings if needed.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Enjoy!
