Grits:
- 1 Cup Grits
- 3 to 4 Cups Water
- Splash of Half & Half or Milk (or 1/4 Cup)
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper for Taste
- Cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or American)
Note: For thicker grits decrease the amount of water, and for thinner grits increase the water amount.
Bacon:
- 12 to 16 Slices Bacon or Turkey Bacon
Eggs:
- 8 to 10 Eggs
- Salt & Pepper for Taste
- Splash of Half & Half or Milk
- Cooking spray or butter or oil
