The McDonald’s steak sandwich can’t even compare. This breakfast sandwich is filled with hearty steak that’s perfectly seasoned and juicy.
The bagel is filled with tender steak, moist scrambled eggs, sautéed onions, and melty cheese. You can use American or cheddar cheese for this recipe. You can serve this steak, egg, and cheese bagel for breakfast or even lunch. Customize this breakfast sandwich to your liking, you can add a creamy or steakhouse sauce to your sandwich.
Tip: You can use whatever cut of steak you like rather it’s sirloin or ribeye. For this recipe I did use ribeye steak. I wrapped the ribeye steak in plastic Saran Wrap and placed it in the freezer for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, I removed it from the freezer and cut the ribeye into smaller pieces. You can do this the day before if you want your steak to marinate overnight.
