Rosemary Garlic Steak Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Ib Steak Sirloin, Ribeye, or New York strip
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Seasoned black pepper
- ½ tsp Steakhouse Seasoning I use Kinder’s or Montreal
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsps Butter
- 4 to 6 Cloves Garlic Minced
- Few Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
- Few Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
Instructions
- Prep the steak beforehand. Cut into chunks and season with the dry seasonings, then set aside. (Note: you can cook the steak whole & cut it into chunks once done. But let it rest a few minutes before cutting to avoid the juices running out)
- Heat up some olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites and cook for about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Throughout the cooking time- Stir the steaks bites or turn them over to get a nice sear.
- Once the steak starts to brown- add the butter, rosemary, thyme, and fresh garlic. Sauté the garlic for a few seconds until fragrant and tilt the pan to swirl the butter around. Continue to cook the steak to your desired preference for doneness.
- Finish the steak bites off by basting with butter.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes, Enjoy!
